Cost Management
Cost Management is a process which will assist you to complete your project within a predetermined cost budget. Unlike traditional cost accounting procedures, cost management is a forward looking process, because control can only be exerted on costs which have yet to be committed.
Cost Management starts with the preparation of a well considered and tested budget that matches a defined scope of work. Scope changes, commitments and expenditure are monitored, and a forecast final cost is produced regularly for comparison with the budget. When the forecast final cost exceeds the budget, TBH identifies problems and provides options for recovery, to enable you to manage your project to a successful cost outcome.
TBH's cost management system deals with all costs associated with your project, including development costs, consultants, construction and fitout.
Expenditure recorded in our Cost Management system can be reconciled with your General Ledger and the system also leaves an Audit Trail.
TBH provides sound independent advice to Owners, Joint Venture Partners and Project Managers who enjoy the benefits of a much higher probability of bringing their projects to completion within the budget allowed.
