Sydney Olympic Park – Enhanced Remediation Strategy
Project Management of four programmes including all facets of project management
such as time and cost management, monitoring of the individual programmes
and comprehensive progress reporting.
Sydney Olympic Park – Millennium Parklands Remediation
Coordination and auditing of the Delivery Programme and Budget on behalf of
the OCA for the $96m remediation of Newington apartments, Wilson Park and
Auburn Tip sites.
Sydney Olympic Park – Overlay Works
Programmer and Cost Controller as part of the GHD led Project Management team
delivering works for the Sydney Olympic Park Common Domain and Infrastructure.
Huntly Cove Remediation
Examination of the effect of the discovery of additional contamination on
the project duration and the resulting implications to the client.
AGL Gasworks, Breakfast Point
Assist parties to agree and implement a programme, reschedule works to meet
revised handover strategy and assist in resolving earlier extension of time
claims.
