Construction - Building
The TBH Group has been involved with the Building Construction Industry in Australia since TBH’s inception in 1965, working for owners, developers, and contractors. TBH provides Project Co-ordination, Time Management, Strategic Planning, Value Management, Risk Management, Dispute Resolution and Cost Control services on a diverse range of construction projects.

Rhodes Peninsular Project
On this large-scale commercial, retail, and residential development, TBH is
providing Strategic Planning, Master and Detailed Programming, for the
developer.
Sydney Hilton Hotel Refurbishment
TBH is providing Strategic Planning, Detailed Programming for Design/Documentation,
and Construction Option Studies, for the Project Manager and Owner.
Centurion Tower Apartments, Melbourne
TBH is currently providing Construction Programme Advice and Monitoring and
Acceleration Programme options. TBH also provided Strategic Planning Advice
to the builder to meet the client’s requirements.
Darling Island
On this large residential development TBH is providing Design, Documentation,
Programming and Progress Reviews.
Royal Brisbane Hospital
TBH is providing Master Programme and Detailed Programming Services.
Atlas Apartments
On this project at Alexandria TBH’s services include Detailed Programming
and Progress Reviews for the builder.
