LEONIE KELLY

Leonie has extensive experience in the co-ordination of all phases of the project delivery process. She progressed from a building services background to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing and structural steel engineering fields for 9 years before commencing with TBH in 1989.

With her Post Graduate qualification in Project Management she has specialised in Program Management, Project Direction and Strategic Programming from policy to implementation and operation. Her experience includes capital works programs in health, residential, sport and educational portfolios.

Additionally, she has provided ‘project planning co-ordination’, ‘project control frameworks’ and ‘monitoring and control systems implementation’ for varied clients for both construction and non-construction initiatives.

Together with Business Management skills and a TAFE accreditation in Adult Education, Leonie has assisted clients to analyse and develop systems for improved project management performance. She is a resident Queensland Director.
