Jonathan has extensive experience in the planning and management of all phases of the project life cycle. He has successfully, planned and co-ordinated a wide range of projects on behalf of our clients including major building and Infrastructure developments as well as business and organisational management.

He has extensive experience in the successful delivery of fast-tracked projects. He has a special interest in Facilities and Value Management. He also has considerable experience in the preparation and analysis of Contractual Claims and assisting with the resolution of Disputes. Jonathan is regularly called upon in litigation and arbitration proceedings to provide his expert opinion on time related matters.

Jonathan joined TBH in 1986. From 1990 to 1992 he was the Assistant Branch Manager of TBH’s ACT office and our project leader on the ACT Public Hospitals Redevelopment Project.

From 1993 to 2006, Jonathan predominantly worked for the NSW Government on numerous Olympics related projects and assignments. He gained considerable experience on the planning and delivery of Major Projects including PFI/PPP projects. Jonathan has since been invited to Athens and Doha to provide planning and management advice to their respective Games Organising Committees. Jonathan has also assisted the Government and Private Sector on several major Infrastructure projects in Roads, Rail, and Water.
