ROBERT HAMMOND
B. Ec.(Hons), MAIPM, PMP

Robert is a specialist in the provision of project management services across a range of industries including Information Technology, Telecommunications, Major Construction and Infrastructure projects.

He has been engaged by a range of clients to facilitate and coordinate project teams, executive management and other key stakeholders to enable development of detailed master schedules to model time, cost and resourcing forecasts as well as advising on project delivery strategies to fast track or recover lost time.

Robert has also significant experience in the preparation and analysis of Contractual Claims for the purposes of litigation in Construction as well as Information Technology projects.

Since joining TBH in 1996, Robert has developed his technical knowledge and experience in a range of projects ranging between $10 million to $5 billion. Some of the more significant projects include:

  • IT & T Network Rollouts for major banks, retailers, airlines and telecommunications companies (data, voice, fixed and wireless)
  • Analysis and preparation of contractual claims for major commercial and residential developments, gas pipelines and infrastructure (road, rail, data)
  • Design planning for major tunnelling projects
  • Sydney Olympics infrastructure construction and commissioning
  • Business integration projects
  • Relocation projects

Rob is very keen on combining established project management fundamentals with new technologies (such as Enterprise Management Systems) to improve project delivery performance.

He is also involved in the Project Management Institute (PMI) having served on the Board of the Sydney Chapter over a number of years and is certified as a PMP. He is also an active member of AIPM.
