PHILLIP A. LEE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Phil specialises in the project management, time control and training fields. Phil has a particular interest in design management and in hospital development projects.
He has a long track record in providing Project Management advice and time control to major capital works projects which include high rise offices, residential developments, transport facilities, major public hospital developments, hotels, manufacturing facilities and industrial projects.
Phil is also a certified trainer. He trains in the areas of Project Management,
Contract Administration, Time Control and Training Techniques at Universities,
Institutes and Public Seminars.
Since joining TBH in 1978, Phil has been involved as an expert witness in numerous contractual claims matters both in preparation and defence.
