BARRY G. BECK

Barry Beck has worked in both consulting and contracting roles since 1961. He has been a Director of the company since 1977 and has been responsible for the company’s involvement on a wide range of projects in the construction, mining, communication and transportation industries, including several macro projects.

He has provided advice on project definition, feasibility studies, strategic planning, project delivery options, design management, risk management, time and cost management, value management, productivity improvement, project administration and management of contractual claims in both Australia and S.E. Asia. Barry has also acted as an expert witness.

He is a member of the Society of American Value Engineers and lectures widely on project management techniques.
