Timothy is a Construction Manager with over 15 years varied experience with projects in Australia, the UK, the Middle East, and SE Asia. Timothy joined TBH in 2000 and since then has gained significant experience primarily in the fields of programming, time control, planning, earned value, and dispute resolution in projects ranging from $10 mil to $2.5 bn.

Timothy brings with him a range of experience in all facets of project planning and programming. Since joining TBH, he has been involved with a variety of retail, commercial, residential, industrial and major engineering projects providing independent programming advice.

Further to his programming skills, Timothy has prepared over 40 Expert reports on construction disputes ranging from commercial and residential developments to major engineering projects, as well as for Information Technology and Telecommunications projects.

Prior to joining Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond, Timothy had wide experience as a Contract Administrator and Project Manager with on-site and office positions as both Head Contractor and Principal. These positions were in Australia, the UK and the Arabian Gulf with varied Projects ranging from $5 mill to $90 mill.
