Matt has 22 year’s experience in the construction and property development industries and is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and an Associate Diploma in Built Environment Technician. Throughout the course of his career, Matt has developed skills and expertise in the fields of critical path scheduling and claims analysis with respect to all phases of project development from conception to design and documentation, construction and commissioning.  His experience with major claims has included preparation of, and defence against claims, analysis and recommendation of time extensions, and support for Counsel in technical areas of case preparation.
