Jiong Zhu has been involved in all aspects of Planning and Programming since 1984.His particular experience includes Project Planning/Programming, Supervision, Feasibility Studies, Claims Analysis, and Cost Management.
Jiong has gained extensive experience in strategic planning/programming, contract and cost administration, from a variety of large building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities for these projects have included: strategic management planning; documentation programming; detailed construction planning/programming; programme review; assessment of tender documentation; and Extension of Time Claims/assessment.
Since joining TBH in 1999, Jiong has assisted clients with the implementation of successful project planning and co-ordination during all stages of projects from the initial sketch stage through to construction and commissioning. Jiong operates from the Melbourne office.
