JOHN BRADY

John has an extensive background in the provision of practical project management services that provide significant value in assisting with the timely delivery of active projects and the resolution of potential disputes.

John has also applied these skills in the provision of training services to TBH clients/Academic facilities and also has extensive experience in preparing expert witness reports for projects in dispute.

His experience covers a diverse range including private and public health facilities, residential, commercial, hotel/major entertainment venues, civil and transport projects. Since joining TBH in 1987, John has developed particular skills in developing and maintaining project time control systems. He has demonstrated skills in applying these systems to the ongoing management of projects and in the resolution of time related disputes. These services have been provided on all stages of the project from conception through to commissioning and occupation.
