TBH INTERNATIONAL An exciting new international venture. Confluence and Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond (TBH) have recently joined forces, and today held their first board meeting for a new stand-alone company, ConfluenceTBH. The venture seeks to capitalise on a strong working relationship and complementary skills to provide a unique and specialised Project and Construction Management service to the international market. With over 40 years experience, TBH is Australia’s largest, independent specialist programming and planning organisation, offering time management, project planning, dispute resolution and claims management expertise to the construction, mining, infrastructure and heavy engineering market sectors, as well as to the IT and Telecommunications industries.

Confluence is a world-class, multi-faceted, project management consultancy operating in the property and

construction industries across Australasia, the Middle East and Europe.

Mr Brian Kooyman, Director, Global Business, TBH says, “We have worked with Confluence on numerous

projects throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East, over the last 16 years, the formation of ConfluenceTBH

is a logical step in a mutually beneficial relationship.”

The two companies are currently working together on large and complex projects including Tiger Woods

Golf Course and associated boutique hotel, The Index commercial office tower and Formula 1 Theme Park

in Dubai, Yas Island Race Day Hotels in Abu Dhabi and Marina Bay Financial Centre, in Singapore.

ConfluenceTBH has a distinct brand, and will operate independently from both Confluence and TBH. A Board

of Directors has been established for the business, comprising Messrs Guy Scott (Confluence, Managing Director),

John Taylor (Confluence Chairman), Brian Kooyman (Director Global Business, TBH) and Chris Nicolas ,

previously Associate Director, TBH, and is now the newly appointed General Manager for ConfluenceTBH.
